Marie Antoinette Mail Art

I belong to a wonderful group of artistic women who share the passion for Marie Antoinette. I joined a swap with a group of ladies to gather a bunch of goodies to make a half doll pincushion is opulent Marie Style. My partner Melanie sent me a beautiful bunch of pink lusciousness to create with. My problem was I couldn't decide which half doll to use. I have collected half dolls for years. So

I decided to make three! Yes, I did and I was so inspired I am ready to make more. Thanks to Terri for hosting such and fun swap.

Happy Valentines Day

Hope everyone had a wonderful Valentines Day spent with the ones you Love! I went to a nice dinner with my husband nice and quite and little time alone to talk and visit.

Oh it seems I have been away for so long...well I guess I have. This year I have made a New Years resolution to spend more time creating and much needed time in my studio shop. I changing my focus as a retail store to an artistic workshop space. I have been working on my Marie Antoinette Mail Art group. I finished up a pincushion half doll swap
so fun. Feels good to be creating again and sharing with my blog friends missed you! Hugs Pinkie
